Overcome your fears : enjoy the mountains more

Session 1:

It’s not always easy to have confidence and dare to face the winter environment, steep slopes, or a snowy ridge. Join us for a winter outing on skis, in partnership with psychologist Aude Charles (www.ancoris.ch) and the Verbier Guides, and learn to overcome your fears.

• Ascent: 2 hours
• Ski Level: Beginner – Intermediate

Have you been ski touring for a few seasons, but certain situations or passages still block you? Does stress rise and enjoyment diminish? Join our course in partnership with psychologist Aude Charles (www.ancoris.ch) and the Verbier Guides, and regain your confidence on skis.

• Ski Level: Intermediate
